My personal philosophy reflects an eclectic approach to life. I am constantly reinventing myself. My enrollment at Simmons' School of Library Science (SLIS) is only the most recent stage of this lifelong process.

After many years as a vocal performer, I aspire to a professional career that will help me combine my financial management experience with my recent information science education. At SLIS, I am concentrating on Tech classes, Records Management, and Data Management.

I have found it very rewarding to be involved in Simmons student government. Being Treasurer of the student chapter of the Special Library Association (SLA@Simmons) is persuading me to consider a return to my former career in financial management. The technology experience which I am acquiring at Simmons will be an invaluable addition to my skills set.
